Welcome to the new Mom’s Balanced Life. A few things are changing around here and a few things will stay the same.
Back in March I accepted a promotion at my 9 to 5 and ended up taking the summer off here, it gave me time to really reflect on what I wanted in my own life. What I wanted for myself and my family. I connected with Kim at kimmcconaghy.com, and the ladies with MOMspired and The GirlTribe. I was talking about my dreams again and really focusing on the path I wanted to form here at Mom’s Balanced Life.
I love inspiring parents but there is just something about connecting with other mommas that make my heart sing!
After quite a few months of deliberation, I decided it was in my best to be part of this amazing tribe and a product partner as well as continue my growth as a Certified Health Coach.
With this exciting journey of focusing on my life and my vision of what life is supposed to look like for me comes the change to what kind of content you will see here. I will be sharing inspiration, goals and how you can build the life you envision for you! I will continue to use affiliate banners within my posts but the focus of the blog is going to be shifting to be the balance of the mind, body, and soul.
As a balance focused site and we will be diving into the depths of vision boards, manifesting, mantras, and how crazy a freaking three year old can be (I told you it’s all about balance). Health and wellness will still be a primary concept as well with a focus on nutrients, eating whole foods, quick dinner ideas (from other bloggers, I am lacking food inspiration) and so much more!
I will be sharing inspiration, goals and how you can build the life you envision for you! I will continue to use affiliate banners within my posts but the focus of the blog is going to be shifting to dream chasing for you and me, health and wellness, and of course inspiration.
I look forward to this new adventure and sharing it with you!
If you had one wish what would it be? Watch for the next post about wishes, dreams and why they are so important.
